NetSplice

Product Description

NetSpliceTM offers a suite of proven, easy-to-install splices for repairing cables on military and commercial aircraft systems. This innovative, lightweight and cost-effective solution uses standard wiring tools to splice together damaged cables used in data transfer and RF applications. NetSplice is designed for ease of use, with simple clamshell housing, termini and heat shrink tubing that help end users easily repair damaged cables onsite. It is also field attachable, allowing for field repair of 2, 4, and 8 conductor twisted pair cables up to 10 Gb CAT 7, as well as popular coax cables in various military and RG cable sizes.

  • Compact design package measuring only 3.5” long and 0.5” diameter for all applications (except 10 Gb Ethernet, which is 4” long and 0.8” diameter).
  • Fully tested up to 10Gb data rates
  • Suitable for use with 2, 4, or 8 conductor Ethernet or Coax cable
  • Uses standard Size 22 or 24 crimp
