ITT’s Cannon and Micro-Mode Brands Showcase Industry-Leading Aerospace Connector Solutions at 2023 Paris Air Show
STAMFORD, Conn., June 7, 2023 – ITT Inc.’s (NYSE: ITT) Cannon brand and recently acquired Micro-Mode will showcase their innovative aerospace interconnect solutions at the 2023 Paris Air Show. Their portfolios of highly customizable connectors for the next-generation of harsh environment commercial and military aviation, rotorcraft and aerospace applications will be on display at booth #A148 in the Paris–Le Bourget Airport from June 19-25.

ITT Cannon will feature the Combo-D with High Efficiency Power (HEP) Contacts, which increase electrical current capacity up to 75% over standard size 8 D-Sub contacts and help meet the need for high power interconnects for power distribution in today’s electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOLs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). eVTOLs and UAVs represent a combined addressable market of over $100 million for ITT.
High-speed solutions such as ARINC 801 fiber optic connectors that deliver up to 10 Gb/s and the Quadrax Contact System that provides high-speed data transfer rates up to 2.5 Gb/s will be showcased. Also featured will be the versatile MKJ series, which is now manufactured in Europe in addition to the Americas and has multiple coupling options including a space-saving clip lock latch. MKJ delivers power, signal and data transmission in a miniature circular footprint.
Micro-Mode
Acquired in May 2023, Micro-Mode will showcase its leading portfolio of high-bandwidth RF and hermetic connectors for mission-critical radar, satellite and smart defense systems. Featured products at Paris will include the high-frequency SMP and SMPM series of blindmate connectors that operate up to 50 GHz and 65GHz, respectively, and customized hermetic packages based on high-reliability feedthrough connectors.
