Introducing the new Generation 3. Designed for the US and Japanese market, the J1772 Generation 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Connector is a vehicle coupler built in accordance with the SAE standard for AC level 1 and level 2 charging systems. With sealing up to IP67 and a minimum of 10,000 mating cycles it is available for single phase charging systems and has a current rating up to 80A.

  • Integrated, one piece latching button providing water and freeze resistance
  • Cable handling system not required with flexible, split wire cable design reducing cable diameter and weight
  • Optional cold flex material for low temperature regions
  • Optional mating face protection – one piece rubber dustcaps options for coupler connector/plug provide additional protection when connectors are not in use
